Basing on the response to our advertisements, the candidates are screened against the job specifications provided by the clients, short listed through written test/personal interviews conducted by the professional in the respective fields depending upon the number and type of requirement. The candidates thus short listed would be forwarded to the client for final interview and selection. In case the client so desirous, our representative will also be involved in the total process, involving initial screening, short listing and finalization of the candidates.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT.
Deployment of Labour:
The work – force at unit will be deployed at the premises as decided by the management and on mutual consultation.
Working hours:
We provide work-force all around the clock. Our manpower will perform duties as per the provision of the contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act.
Employment of our Personnel:
We request Not employ any labour on you company rolls. If the company wants to employ any our labour, they have to pay three months last drawn salary as compensation to M/s. Protection Group Security Services.
Administration:
The Labour supplied by us will be on our, M/s. Protection Group Security Services. Rolls for all administrative purpose. They shall always function under the principal Employer`s function control. If any person is found unsuitable we will change him on prior intimation to us in a short period of time.
Validity of Contract:
a) The validity of contract will be for one year from the date of commencement. This can however, be extended for further period with manual consent.
b) The contract can be terminated by giving 30 Days’ Notice on either side.

Charge and rate of Supply:
The Charges and amount or rate of Manpower for various categories of out sourced manpower can be decided on mutual discussions.
General Information:
1) Our Monthly labour bills are to be paid by every 5th of the subsequent month by way of A/c payee cheque drawn on M/s. Protection Group Security Services to enable us to pay wages to Labour in time.
2) We are confident that you will appreciate our services. We will Not compromise with quality of Labour and supply labour as per your requirement. We assure you that our promise object is to provide always efficient labour systems.
3) We are sure and confident that you will give us an opportunity to provide our services in your esteemed organization. We shall be waiting for your call for personnel discussions at your convenience.
Please Note:
The Basic + DA should be not less than the applicable minimum wages. Whenever there is a change in the Minimum Wages Act the above wages will be revised as per the new G.O. and revised wage break up sheet will be issued to you.
Bill will be submitted for payment on every 1st and payment should be made before 5th of every month. (As per requirement)
