Generally at site Servo valves, Blocking units & On-Off Controller units after service were installed on the Actuators and tested. This takes more time for calibration & Tuning, normally this is done in hurry, leaving scope for not properly tuning the Servo valves which leads to actuator drifting and valve passing.
With our test bench Servo valves, Blocking elements & On-Off controller assembly can be tested for its functions and performance, which reduces problems at actual position on actuators and time saving.
With this test bench at site by testing can be done for the performance of the above items purchased/ Serviced/ Repaired, for stability of actuator with servo valve in neutral position, drifting of actuator when Blocking element is blocked, and leakage.
We also supply proper tool kit for servicing Servo valves & Blocking units at site, which safeguards your expensive above items from damage from using of improper tools.
