QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:  HEPL executes its projects in adherence with the requirements of its QMS effecting quality control in accordance with the provisions of its standard operating procedures and process plans. All personnel are constantly trained to ensure that quality is controlled at all stages of the operations through the established procedures and practices. The Standard and Accreditation ISO 9001:2015[NABCB] from TUV-SUD South Asia, is the proof of its commitment towards quality control. Monthly Management Review Meetings, Quarterly internal audits and annual Technical Meet of Engineers and Technicians are performed in strict compliance with the stated objectives of the quality policy and procedures.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT: HEPL is committed to ensure the health and safety of its employees and also to prevent any damage to the environment, ensuring that all issues pertaining to the environment (concerning air, water, soil, noise and disposal of wastes) are addressed within its business activities. 

Safety training and compulsory use of PPEs are provided to mitigate and manage the risks associated in work environment. Safety Officers are deputed to project sites in addition to the Site Officers/Engineers to ensure that Health, Safety and Environment guidelines of the Company are adhered to.
