Since last 10 yrs we have entered into new venture of commercially mfg. of green concrete. We started this business with complete technical expert/consultants & machinery back up from the well-known German company Schwing Stetter & KYB Conmat with our motto in mind- “Assured Quality with Durability”

Out of our 4 plants, we are having 2 plants in DMIC Shendra & Bidkin premises. With a fleet of 20 transit mixers, we can supply uninterrupted concrete for 24 hours without any break down (as we are having strong generator back-up). Two efficient concrete pump sets for pumping concrete will help concrete pouring smoothly.

Please note that, if your order is considerably bulk order and if you permit, we can install one captive plant in your premises, so that the lead of concrete will be as minimum as possible.

Moreover we have developed our backward integration by starting quarries, mfg of stone metals (Stone Crushers), mfg. VSI crushed sand of our own to assure in house & continuous supply with quality for Ready Mix Concrete plant & Construction works. We have got sufficient technical know-how, experienced staff and required equipments to execute the infrastructural activities most efficiently. 

As on today we are having 2 batching plants of capacity 30 cum/hr each & 2 batching plant of capacity 45 cum/hr.

Moreover we are having experience to work with the international clients at their work 1] 40 windmills foundation concrete work for Gamesa 2] Lupin, Mihan Nagpur under their PMC as JLL 3] And now working with Shapoorji’s and L&T at DMIC Shendra & Bidkin under CH2M (Jacobs) as their PMC . We are well aware with all the safety norms to be maintained at such mega projects. Our technical and other staff is also well acquainted with these type of works very well. Recently considering the need of the DMIC Shendra & Bidkin works, we have set up a Paver Block manufacturing plant of Apollo Zenith (ZN 600) at our own land at Chittegaon. Now we are having capacity to manufacture the paver blocks to the tune of 500-600 Sq.mtrs per day and can produce Kerb Stones also to the tune of 2000 Rmt per day basis. Till today we have supplied about 100000 Sq.mtr Paver Blocks  for work @ DMIC Shendra-Bidkin.
