• Cold Forging (Bolt Makers- 4 station, Nut former, Headers), Hot Forging (using induction heating) , CNC Turning/ Machining.
• Heat treatment by Shaker Hearth Continuous Furnace with O2 probe.
• Fully equipped Tool Room to make tooling’s and dies.
• Physical Lab, Chemical Lab , Metallurgical Lab  equipped with Tensile tester 600kN , 400kN with servo control , Impact Testing , Profile projector (DRO), Magnetic Particle Inspection , Hardness tester , Spectrometer alloy analyzer for material identification and testing
• Hot Dip Galvanizing, Zinc Electroplating , Tin, Cadmium , Copper , Dacromet Plating
• Sheet metal presses till 100 ton capacity for any type of stampings.
• CAD software for making drawings and doing designing .

We are also manufacturing all the products according to various Indian and International standards  like ISO, DIN, ASTM ,B.S, ANSI ,I.S. etc. We have the capabilities to make any special items as per customer drawing , any special head, neck, body or thread profile.

We have a very good team of fully competent engineers heading various aspects of production and quality , backed by a fully implemented quality system in place thereby ensuring flawless product. It’s quite appropriate to mention that, our engineers are blessed with quality obsession and capable of incorporating various techniques and changes in tune with the changing scenario as the quality is becoming a decisive factor in the face of ever-harsher competition in National and international markets
