Traversing And Magazine Trolley

Description

The Traverse Trolley consists of box type steel fabricated Girders fixed on wheel bogies. The structure is mounted on forged steel wheels housed in L-brackets. Drive will be through Flame Proof Motor, Flame Proof Brake and Gearbox arrangement through VVVF Drive with intrinsically safe circuit. In case of minor adjustment to obtain accurate bin position, manual operation of Trolley shall be provided with V-belt drive by decoupling the drive from motor. Flame proof control panels shall be mounted on trolley. The trolley will be painted with one coat of Red Oxide primer & two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved shade before despatch & one more coat of finish paint after erection of trolley. Platforms with chequered plate shall be provided at both sides with hand railing at one side and also platform at middle for ease of movement of operator. Push button control station with intrinsically safe circuit shall be provided for trolley operation.
