PLC control with 7 inch 16:9 TFT LCD Touch screen, is provided with dependable inhouse built high torque brush less induction motor. Max, speed 4500 RPM. Max RCF 6000 x g. Energy efficient refrigeration system with CFC Free coolants, with pre cooling and stand by cooling with auto cut off when the lid is open. Temperature range -20 to + 40 degree C with programmable in 1 degree increment. Programmable preset timer in the range of 1 to 120 minutes with I minute increment, User programmable acceleration/ deceleration time setting in the range of 40 to 450 seconds. Speed programmable in the range of 100 to 4500 RPM in 10 RPM increment and can also be set with the required RCF value. Advanced touch screen HMI facilitate display of working speed, working temperature in the chamber, remaining time, Rotor in motion, Rotor imbalance error, Lid open error, power failure error and SMS alert for malfunctioning and preventive maintenance schedule. The equipment is provided with 125 program memory. The sturdy steel housing with ABS lid and panel is also provided with castor wheel for easy mobility and anti-vibration leveling jack for steady and pr0pperly levelled installation. The centrifuge completes with 6 places swing out rotor with wind shield, metal buckets and dual partition PP inserts for loading two sets of 500 ml blood bags in triple bag system.
