Hot Mounting Machine

Description

The mounting press is a hand operated hydraulic type machine. By applying pressure through hydraulic jack to drive the screw rod which in turn pushes/pull the lower die up and down along the mould sleeve. The thermo set plastics together with specimen being mounted is formed under heated conditions. During this process the pressure is self selfadjusted by a spring fixed inside the machine. For each specimen mounting 4 to 5 min is enough and mirror like specimen can be acquired. Specimen Pressing size 30X15mm. Mould Diameter 22mm, 30mm or 45mm (You can choose only one). Heater capacity- 1000 KW 220 V. Adjustable Temperature range- 0 to 200°c.
