3 Diver Mix Gas Panel With Oxygen Gas Analyzer

We manufacture a complete range of standard diving panels for 1, 2 & 3 Diver Panel, Including Air & Mixed Gas. We offer a wide range of compact portable panels in pelican cases & Wall mounting panel manufactured in Aluminum frames. Features: Mix Gas Portable Dive Panel • Base Plate : Aluminum Alloy / SS • Valves, Make : Parker, SS Piping, Make : Sandwick & Fittings, Make : JKSEPL A. Each diver is provided with a minimum of one high pressure supplies and one low pressure Supply. B. The diver depth / Pneumo Gauges are colour coded in Black colour as per diver. Diver 1, Diver 2 & Diver 3 are Black colour gauges C. Each depth / pneumo gauge has its own calibration point, so that the gauges need not be removed for calibration and testing can be done in situ. D. Each diver has an individual oxygen analyzer with high / low alarm (Diver 1, Diver 2 & Diver 3). E. Oxygen analyzers are provided on the panel with inbuilt Low Pressure device supplying pressure in milli BAR for Analyzer safety. F. Each analyzer has its own flowmeter with fittings. G. Pressure gauges for indication of incoming HP supplies on the Panel Line. H. Pressure gauges for indication of incoming LP supplies (one for each diver). I. Diving Regulators (one for each diver) for reducing incoming HP supplies. J. Cross over valve provided only between Diver 1 & Diver 2. K. Low Pressure gauges for regulated air from HP regulators to diver. L. Diver Downstream Gauge Pressure gauges c/w flow restrictors showing downstream pressure to the divers umbilical [If the required pressure for the Diver goes below 8 BAR (max), then the Alarm will be activated immediately, Alarm does not require any electrical supply (Separate alarm will be provided for each Diver)]. • The Dive Panels will be provided with all necessary Inlet connections required for Diver & Pneumo Hose. • All Certificate as per Diving Standard.
