• Preparation of drive list based on the load centers (MCC wise) • Preparation of Single Line Diagram for each type of cabinets, MCC’s with its contactor ratings, relay details etc., PCC’s, ACC’s, Lightings. • Sizing and Preparation of cable layout and estimation of cable requirement with specifications to enable to procure as per specifications. • Preparation of detailed specifications for all the equipment’s and instrumentation. • Preparation of I/O list for complete plant automation with technical specifications to float enquiries. • Technical Evaluation of automation offers and recommendations for procurement. • To workout the cable roots of instrumentation control cables and with its sizes & specifications for procurement. • Design & Preparation of drawings for Plant Illumination. • Preparation of Tender documents for Electrical & Instrumentation erection furnishing the total quantities and erection to enable the contractor to submit their detailed offer. • Evaluation of Tender documents for Electrical & Instrumentation erection, recommendations for the right contractor for carrying out the right job. • Power balance calculations should be added for transformer and UPS. • Calculation and design of required HVAC. • Specifications for typical mounting drawings for erection (Cable trays, Pipes, lighting and Instrumentation). • General Arrangement drawings of Electrical Rooms, CCR, HTPCC Rooms, Switchyard etc., • Issuance and follow up list of process consumers and sensors. • Complete design of Lightening and its Protection systems. • Complete design and erection of Earthing systems. • Complete design of Lighting.
