NEW DELHI: International propertyconsultancy Jones Lang LaSalle India on Wednesday announced the appointment ofJuggy Marwaha as managing director, south India operations.
Marwaha will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for growing the consultancy's business footprint in the region. He has earlier worked with Mantri Developers where he was responsible for management of the real estate firms office development portfolio of over 10 million sq ft as well as administering the residential asset management business of over 12 million sq ft.
Prior to Mantri, he spent 12 years with RMZCorp leading the pan-India office development portfolio where he leased over 13 million sq ft of office space.
