Recruitment Process:

Our recruitment process adhere guidelines set by PSARA authority. All the personnel are vetted through our verification team through personal interviews, Reference Check, Background Check and we keep maintain all relevant documents which also require to share to the various government authorities.

Our all the personnel physically Fit, Educated, Alert by body and mind. We utmost take care and provide personnel as per the requirement of industry and in line with client expectations.

Training

Training is a most important role for successful affiliation and hence we equipped our workforce with professional training not only at the time of joining but after regular intervals to enhance their knowledge and confidence level.

Our personnel are training as per PSARA guidelines on various aspects like: Alertness, Basic job responsibilities as per Scope of work / Site & Post Instructions, Fire prevention & Fire Fighting, Emergency Duties, Evacuation, First Aid, Grooming etc. The training is conducted in house as well as on site with theory and mock drills.

Supervision:

We ensure regular random Day & Night checks carried out by our Field Force 24X7 365 days. Rapid Security Service field officers are equipped with Cell Phone/Walkie Talkie & two wheeler, to ensure effective operation and response.

Our team will visit the unit periodically in order to have strict supervision over our staff & will take surprise checking and night rounds, which will communicate with cause, remedies and observations.
