What we do:

Neptunus has been providing machine reliability solutions for asset operators in the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Defence sectors for over 2 decades. We pride ourselves on our strong core of engineering expertise, gleaned after successfully completing 2000 projects from shifting and setting up power plants, overhauling engines of drilling platforms & sea-going vessels and building back power-systems for data centers.  We combine age-old foundations of engines expertise with new-age cutting edge predictive maintenance technologies to deliver robust, end-to-end engineering and maintenance solutions for owners and operators of diesel engines, gas engines and any kind of rotating equipment.

Purpose: Our Mission

Our mission is to eliminate the concept of breakdowns, and the associated costs of downtime completely. We aim to do this by helping our customers move from traditional, pre-defined parameters such as running hours and time to more precise measures such as real-time machine health monitoring. We want to change the way machines are maintained: from condition-based maintenance so that breakdowns can completely be eliminated.

We are uniquely poised to offer customers end to end solutions from tracking equipment performance, analyzing data and offering predictive maintenance solutions for early warning machine health monitoring. Our vision is to reduce manpower errors and increase equipment reliability through the concept of machine learning.  

The IoT revolution will change the way equipment maintenance is managed and according to McKinsey the impact of IoT by 2025 will exceed 11 trillion USD.
