Specialized equipment, such as a 1000-ton press for 2000x2000 mm sheets and a 22-foot vertical machine for height-specific components, enable the production of large-scale and complex rubber parts. A dedicated in-house testing lab equipped with tensile testers, rheometers, durometers, and video measuring machines ensures that each product passes rigorous quality checks before it leaves the floor.

The company holds AS 9100D certification for aerospace quality management, OHSAS 18000 for occupational health and safety, and ISO 14000 for environmental responsibility. It also boasts RCMA approvals for 35 rubber compounds, over 1600 non-critical item approvals, and 15 critical item certifications under LOTA and LTCC standards, making it a trusted partner for some of India’s most demanding aerospace programs.
