Eka Infra, established in August 2018, is a multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy firm that delivers integrated advisory services tailored to the needs of private sector developers and government authorities. We support projects across their full lifecycle, right from early-stage planning and feasibility through design, execution, and operational oversight.

Our expertise spans a broad range of services, including traffic and demand studies, feasibility assessments, detailed project reports, technical due diligence, lenders’ independent engineer, preliminary and detailed engineering design, contract and claims management, navigation simulation and audits, mooring analysis, quantity surveying, and construction supervision. We also provide comprehensive support as an Employer’s Representative, ensuring project objectives are met through all phases of delivery.

Eka Infra focuses on a wide spectrum of infrastructure domains, including coastal and marine infrastructure, economic and industrial zones, floating structures, inland waterways, logistics infrastructure, metro and rail systems, renewable energy, utilities, roads and highways, and environmental infrastructure.

The team comprises seasoned Indian and international professionals, bringing deep domain-specific and sectoral knowledge and a strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and market contexts.

In our seven+ years of operation, we have successfully delivered more than 65 assignments across five key sectors: coastal infrastructure, logistics, inland waterways, roads and highways, and railways. We have continually strengthened our team and as our capabilities have grown, we now provide services across eleven infrastructure sectors to support private developers and government authorities, positioning us to respond effectively to evolving industry trends.
