Telescopic chutes are used to fill the trucks without any dust emission. The discharge cone of the telescopic chute is placed on inlet of the tanker. The product in powder or granule form is automatically discharged into the tank. When the tank is full the sensor of the telescopic chute generates a signal to stop the product flow. An optional dust collector vacuums any remaining dust. Unloading spouts are also called by other names such as telescopic Chutes, Bellow feeders, Spouts, etc. Unloading spouts are used for dust free loading of the powdery material from the Silos, bins etc… The materials are generally unloaded into a closed bulkers mounted on the trucks or in the open trucks/wagons. A vent filter mounted on the top section or on the Silo top suck the return air, filters it and exhausts clean air into the atmosphere.
