Description

The dual channel Pico-Ampere Meter is sensitive current measurement with good accuracy. The meter is capable of measuring 1pA to 1.8µA current in continuous mode with 0.1% FSR accuracy. Using only the internal capacitors, the meter can measure currents in the range from 1pA to 614nA with the same 0.1% FSR accuracy. The measured current of both the channels are displayed on a LCD. The meter is auto-calibrated using internal charge injection mechanism. Auto ranging facility has also been implemented. GUI provides remote connectivity through serial interface and the data transfer rate is 11.52 Kbps. The meter supports continuous measurement and data logging at the rate 1.8K samples per second and is ready for deployment. It also sends the measured currents of both the channels to the PC through serial communication for displaying and acquiring. Application: ? Measurement of leakage current. ?
