Roles and responsibility must change as per departmental hierarchy determined by competent authority or as per ESS-MSS. 2. System should be roll based management system as per departmental hierarchy and system should have facility to select multiple administrators. 3. System should allow to maintaining the departmental hierarchy and changes as and when required to put forward for necessary approval. 4. The proposed system shall enable the user to register interlock with description with Add, modify, and delete options availability. 5. System should allow to upload/download master database in editable format in excel. 6. System should allow uploading for additional interlock data in subsequent time. 7. System should allow selective right to user by system administrator. 8. Generation of various Reports: It should generate various maintenance reports dynamically. 9. User should able to generate customized report. 10. System should able to generate customized automated mail as per Plant/Location. 11. Reports should be user friendly Viewable/Printable format. 12. The system must provide for proper user authentication and access control mechanisms so as to ensure that only authorized users can access relevant information.
