Security Manpower Services cover outsourcing of security personnel to protect the buyers’ assets (property, people, equipment, money, etc.) from a variety of hazards (such as waste, damaged property, unsafe worker behavior, criminal activity such as theft, etc.) by enforcing preventative measures. Security personnel do this by maintaining a high-visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, signs of crime or other hazards (such as a fire) through patrols, or indirectly, by monitoring alarm systems or video surveillance cameras etc. by acting to minimize damage (such as warning and escorting trespassers off property) and reporting any incidents to their clients and emergency services (such as the police or paramedics), as appropriate. Through this service, buyers can avail security services on a monthly basis. Buyer can select their requirements through the following filters: i. Type of Establishment: For information purpose, buyer shall select the type of establishment from Office/Commercial/Institutions/ Residential, Healthcare, Hotel, Banks, Public Transport or other. ii. Category of Profile: Buyers shall select the respective profile from the following list: • Unarmed Security Guard • Armed Security Guard • Security Supervisor • Fire Guard • Personal Security Officer • Baggage Inspector • CCTV Operator • Security Marshal (Bouncer) • Patrol Guard • Security Consultant iii. Buyers can also enter the designation as per organization corresponding to the profile chosen iv. Buyers can select the gender requirement, if required, Qualification, Age Limit and Years of Experience v. Buyer can also choose the requirement of Ex-serviceman of Indian Defense Forces or ex-Paramilitary personnel or ex-CAPF or ex- State Reserve Police Forces vi. Remuneration Details: Buyers shall have the option to enter the minimum wage applicable along with the statutory compliance costs and variables (if Any) proposed by buyers organization. Service provider shall charge a % commission to this monthly remunerations. vii.
