Dave Technical Services have developed an innovative bottle design having flexible, compressible grooves across the diameter to gives the product a unique advantage to be turned, bend as well as be collapsed / compressed after use. The design is ideal for travel bottles, water bottles for kids, Fridge bottles, open top containers for packaging, household storage, for dry powders / products and allied applications. The bottles, containers can also be used for promotional gift and free tokens. The same can be used to design other product concepts such as Containers for Chocolates with cap of bear Face, Compass Box for kids and many others. The action incorporated to normal round bottle at top and bottom parts or at specific location to give flexibility, Bottle with top half as normal and bottom half collapsible. The size of the bottle can be adjusted as per requirement Advantage: The collapsible action provides to compress the bottle to small size, saves space and ease to carry. The size can be adjusted to fit different self’s (open top container and fridge bottles) Convenience to carry while traveling and can be Re-stretch to Re Use The product can be STERILISED in hot water. Bottle with bending Neck: Further we have an option for having a bottle with flexible neck which has this action. Bottle neck extends when pulled and remain extended to working length. When pushed it shorten and remain in short position. The neck can be bend in any direction and it retains that position. This will facilitates the pouring in any automobile tank, machines where filling with bulky container is difficult and causes spilling and wastage. (Just like the petrol filling nozzle at petrol pump) and the can be compressed back to its original position. This bottle with bending neck can be fitted with (provide separately) nozzle to directly oil the required place (No need to dispense it to another oiling can) Soft Collapsible grease bottles: This design can be ideal packaging concept for oil and greases. The material of the bottle is Soft, can be transparent, translucent or opaque and puncture resistant. The bellow shape of the bottle provides ease of dispensing as the required pressure is applied for required amount of oil/grease. It also minimizes the wastage and suitable for packaging of viscous and semi solid products.
