ABUS launches KeyGarage range in India

KOLKATA: German lock manufacturing major ABUS today launched its new product range, KeyGarage, for the Indian market.

"We have started India operations in 2011. We have high expectations from this market and currently focusing on aggressive marketing of our product range,"
ABUS KGoverseas team member Jonathan Georgetold a press conference.

"There will be lots of innovative locking systems that we will introduce in the Indian market within the next one year," George said.

He said that 'Keygarage' is secure by means of a four-digit number code and a strong steel plate cover protected keys.

He said if a key has to be made accessible to several people,
KeyGarage offered a simple and secure solution for easy exchange by notifying a number code to those with authorisation.

If the group changed, the code could be changed quickly and easily with 10,000 different codes available.

ABUS, the German lock company founded in 1924, specialised in home security locks for doors and windows, padlocks for multiple uses and locks for security of cycles, bicycles, motorbikes, besides security alarm systems.

ABUS also promoted sporting activities by joining hands with Kalighat
Milan Sangha FC to collaborate to spread the flavors of football throughout the country.
