NEW DELHI: Fujitsu Consulting India, an ITservices consulting arm of Fujitsu Group has appointed Jaswinder Sohal as CEO.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Sohal held the position of CFO in the $250 millionFujitsu Telecommunications Companybased in UK with pan European operations, according to a release. In addition, he also handled portfolios like commercial / supplier management, legal, business assurance and company secretariat. He will be based out of Pune, the corporate office for Fujitsu Consulting India.
In his new role Mr Sohal's seeks to move India offshoring capabilities up the value chain, enhance productivity, bring about globalization in thought, process and culture. An engineering graduate with Chartered Accountancy qualification, Mr Sohal was born and brought up in UK.
