New Delhi, Feb 11 (KNN) The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) has announced a three day programme for Management, Engineering and other institutes to enable them to establish Entrepreneurship Development Cells in their institutes.
The programme titled – ‘How to set up an entrepreneurship development cell in your institute’ will be held from February-17 to 19 in NIESBUD’s premises in Noida.
Among the topics that will be covered are - Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship, Opportunities for an Entrepreneur; Concept and objectives of Entrepreneurship Cell in Academic Institution; Role of teaching in promoting activities through Entrepreneurship Development Cell; Guidelines for setting up Entrepreneurship Development Cell and its functioning; Functions of Entrepreneurship Development Cell in Academic Institution; Government Support and Funding Pattern; SHG – Formation, Growth and Sustenance; Need and importance of Entrepreneurship Development Cell in Academic Institutions; and Grading, Mapping and Success Indicators for SHGs.
The objective of entrepreneurship development cells in institutes is to inculcate entrepreneurial culture among students.
