MUMBAI: Motilal Oswal Private Equity on Thursday appointed Sharad Mittal as the head of its real estate business.
Prior to this, Mittal was working with ICICI Prudential AMC as the Vice President - Real Estate Investments, the company said in a statement.
A chartered accountant who has 12 years of experience in the real estate domain, Mittal had last year helped ICICI raise two funds worth Rs 1,300 crore, it said.
"Mittal was one of the key members responsible for leading the commercial rental office fund and managing transactions from mezzanine fund. He also led the fund raising exercise," it added.
