NEW DELHI: Hindustan ZincBSE 0.61 % today said Sujata Prasad, Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser to the Ministry of Mines, has been appointed as government nominee director on the company's board with immediate effect.
Prasad has been appointed in place of Anjali Anand Srivastava, the company said in a filing to BSE.
She belongs to the 1983 batch of the Indian Civil Accounts Service.
She has spent five years with the Government of Bihar and an equal number of years as Senior Financial Adviser of the All India Institute of Medical Science.
