NEW DELHI: Tata Global Beverages LtdBSE -2.02 %today said it has appointed L Krishnakumar as Executive Director of the company for a period of five years, with effect from April 1, 2013.
The company's board, which met today, has appointed L Krishnakumar, as director and executive director on the board of the company for a period of five years, Tata Global Beverages Ltd (TGBL) said in a filing to the BSE.
The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders, it added.
Krishnakumar has been with Tata Group since 2000 --initially with The Indian Hotels Company LtdBSE 0.56 % and since 2004 he has been with TGBL as Chief Financial Officer.
Shares of TGBL today closed at Rs 123.55 on theBSE, down 2.02 per cent from its previous close.
