MUMBAI: Security software maker Trend Micro has appointed Dhanya Thakkar as Managing Director for its India and SAARCoperations.
The appointment of Thakkar indicates the renewed focus of Trend Micro in providing momentum towards the further growth of the company, Trend Micro said in a statement.
With over 18 years experience, Thakkar has joined Trend Micro as a result of acquisition of IndusGuard, which he co-founded and served as President, it added.
He replaces Amit Nath, who has joined Positive Technologies as Sales Director (India and SAARC).
