Battery Bank: Capacity – 240V/600Ah for Company Garden Project. a) The Battery Bank shall consist of required number of deep-discharge LFP cells, suitably interconnected in series as required. Parallel connections of LFP cells within the battery pack will be discouraged. Paralleling of battery at pack / module level is allowed to reach higher capacity. b) Cell should be BIS Lab tested with Report of IS 16046:2015 / IEC 62133:2012 with minimum cell capacity of 50Ah. c) The cells shall be capable of deep discharge and frequent cycling with long maintenance intervals and high charge discharge efficiency. d) The life cycle of the battery shall not be less than 2000 charge discharge cycles between the fully charge state and the permitted maximum DOD which is 100%. It should be able to deliver 90% of its rated capacity from fully charged position to DOD. e) The cells shall include explosion proof safety events. f) Weight of the battery shall not exceed for maximum 2 people lifting. g) The cells shall include the required number or corrosion resistant inter-cell required chemical electrolyte filling and battery recharging at site for the first time. h) The cells shall be preferably being supplied in 50% SOC condition, complete with all required accessories as required in packed box. Full instructions and technical details shall be provided for installing and commissioning at site for the first time. i) The battery pack shall be designed in such a way that it is easy to handle (plug and play), compact front termination access, minimum installation time and easy to maintain.
