| Requirement Description: | BBQR Criteria 1 The equipment/OEM must have US FDA/ISO/European CE/BIS standard for the medical use 2 Should be able to provide water quality as described by and Association of Advancement of Medical Instrumentation Standards for Medical Use ISO-13959/23500 ISO 23500-3/2019. 3 Should be able to provide pure water 250 liters per hours(LPH) or 2000 liters per day 4 Should have a stainless steel tank and booster pump, stainless steel head for storage and circulation of RO water to point of use. 5 Should have an internal leak proof sensor with alarm facility 6 Should have built in cartridge type charcoal filter 7 Should have built in cartridge filter of 5 & 20 micron 8 Should have an in-built UV lamp before RO membrane 9 Should have built in dual column softener (alternate mode) with fully automatic brine, fill & clean cycles, also have a brine tank incorporated in the system 10 Should have semi-automatic chemical disinfection & semi –automatic decalcification system in RO, as well as, water distribution loop 11 Yield setting should be 55-75 Should be able to work on regular water supply used in the hospital without any pretreatment. 13 Should be microprocessor based and capable to display parameters such as permeate conductivity/temperature/flow, feed flow, concentrate flow, yield. 14 In built capabilities to show on display for permeate (supply in Litre/min and temperature) & for raw water (consumption in Ltr./min & pressure) 15 Should have programmable fully automated rinse cycle for membrane wash 16 There should be a provision of OFF line and ONLINE mode permeate supply. 17 Should have ‘ AUTO START/STOP programming facility 18 Should be operable on single phase power supply of 220-240VAC, 50Hz. 19 Should be possible in all burn centres of Armed Forces in India 20 Installation should include laying of PEX pipe in four patient cabins and three treatment room with return loop. This number may vary in different hospital/ Burn Centres. 21 RO water outlets should be Push-Pull connectors with Non return and self sealing valves. 22 Post installation service Should be provided to all the burn centres of Armed Forces within 48hours 22 It should have guarantee/warranty of 5yrs and should quoted with post warranty CAMC for 5 years. 23 The quote should be inclusive of all for warranty period and freezing of the rate of consumables for the duration of CAMC is to be submitted along with the quote. |
