OUR SERVICES • INSPECTION & EXPEDITING We offer second party & third party inspection services (Stage and / or final inspection) & technical monitoring service at suppliers’ premises, customer’s premises and site premises as per customer’s specification, QAP / ITP and/or international codes and standards. a) Fabrication: - Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Agitators, Reactors, Storage Tanks, Piping Spools & Skids, Structures etc. b) Rotating Equipment: - Pumps, Compressors, Gears, Gearboxes, Turbines, Generators etc. c) Bought Out Materials: - Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Fittings, Forgings, Castings, Valves, etc. d) We also offer inspection services for Heavy Fabrication, Special Material Processing like FRP, GRE, HDPE, LDPE etc., and Exotic Metal Fabrication like Hastelloy, Monel, Zirconium, Inconel, and Titanium etc. We provide expediting services in which we compare all stages of manufacturing starting from engineering, procurement, production cycle and delivery within schedule specified by customer. • SOURCING We do sourcing of procurement materials for projects for customers from all around the world by suppliers’ evaluation and/or development as per client’s requirements. We also do inspection, expediting, testing and certification for procured materials as per international codes / standards & customer’s requirements. We also carry out designing as per customer’s requirements on request. • VENDOR DEVELOPMENT & EVALUATION In vendor evaluation, we evaluate various parameters such as available area for production, storage, capacity of production, facilities for production & quality, standard procedure for documentation & record keeping, traceability of materials from inward to finish product, segregation & identification system of materials, manpower skill matrix as per our format or as per customer’s format. In vendor development we provide support to vendor to understand customer’s requirements in the form of PO & Specifications with respect to the products. We also provide technical support to vendors to prepare QAP, ITP, NDE & other procedures related to job requirements, WPS, PQR, WPQ etc. • PROJECT EXECUTION We provide qualified and experienced personals from our database of associate engineers and professionals for placement on projects inspection and monitoring for Oil & Gas, chemical process plant projects, cross country pipeline, pipe mills, shut down etc. • WELDING CONSULTANCY a) Prepare & certify Welding Procedure Specification for different materials & welding processes. b) Prepare, witness & certify Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR) as per national & international codes & standards and / or customer’s specifications requirements. c) Welder training and certification by CSWIP and AWS certified personnel. • NDT CONSULTANCY a) Technical expertise & Level III services related to UT, MPT, RT, and LPT. b) Prepare and / or certify NDT procedure (Radiography Test, Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Particle Test & Dye Penetrant Test) as per customer’s requirements. c) ASNT Level – I & Level – II Training & Certification in UT, MPT, RT & LPT. OTHER TECHNICAL SERVICES 1) Preparing ITP / QAP as per customer’s requirements. 2) Preparing and / or approve following procedures as per customer’s specifications, and / or as per international codes and standards. a) Painting procedures by NACE Level II personnel. b) Pressure test procedures. 3) Arranging training as industrial need i.e. for NDE, Welding for QA/QC, Production and design personal 4) Technical inputs for meeting customer’s specific requirements. 5) Guiding For In use equipment inspection FFS (Fitness for service) 6) Corrosion mapping 7) Welding process selection guidance 8) We also offer customized designing & fabrication
