Additional Information

Business Details: Established in 2016, Saa laxmi Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is leading manufacturer of Vacuum Evaporated Organic Jaggery products in India with manufacturing unit in Savadi Village, Belgaum district, Karnataka. Our Jaggery is produced at a very low temperature (below 80 degrees) in stainless steel food grade vacuum evaporators. We have ingeniously developed this technology for producing Jaggery to address challenges faced by conventional methods. I.e. Hygiene, caramelization due to overheating (we heat the sugarcane juice at controlled temperatures), loss of nutritional values and cross contamination with the iron pan itself. Unlike the conventional Jaggery producing methods (where temperature reaches upto 800 degrees), Low temperature process helps in retaining all essential minerals and vitamins of sugarcane, resulting in a complete medicinal Jaggery. Hence we stand unique and special, compared to any other organic Jaggery in the market.
