Jayashree Electron is manufacturing control and safety products for automation since 1980. We have more than 10 basic products which serve key applications in automation. The major products are as below:-

• Electronic Non-contact Speed Switches -

These are used for sensing speed of bulk material handling conveyors. This serves a very crucial function in a plant, where multiple no of conveyors are to be run in a sequential fashion.

• Proximity Switches -

Jayashree is a pioneer company manufacturing Proximity Switches (Non-contact Limit Switches) in India since year 1980. Proximity Switches are the most important components of any automation process. These switches are use to sense position and speed of objects in all kinds of machines. We manufacture complete range of Proximity Switches including Inductive , Capacitive , Optical & Magnetic type.

• Soft Starters -

Jayashree is also a pioneer company who introduced Soft Starter technology in India in year 1980. A motor Soft Starter is very useful for control starting of various equipments like Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Crushers etc. We are manufacturing Electrical as well as Electronic Soft Starter for motor rating from 0.5 kW to 10 mV and voltage from 230V to 11 KV.

• Custom Built Products -

We also manufacture Custom Built Products like Ultrasonic Level Sensors, Counters, Sequence Timers, Transducers etc. These products are designed as per Individual process requirement and can be supplied in small quantities.

We have 2 no. manufacturing units each measuring 1200 sq. mtr, close to each other at 'J' Block MIDC, Bhosari Pune. We have in house facilities of testing all the products manufactured by us. We have a team of 100+ employees with special skills and knowledge in each sector of operation. The total investment in equipment,Machinery , Land & Building is around Rs. 50 mn.

New product development is done under guidance of Mr. D. G. Dabke. Who is having more than 35 years experience in electronic product design, testing & Installation. The R & D team is given full exposure to latest technology & continuous up gradation / development of new products is done.

Our company is ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We have a separate quality Assurance department which continuously monitors the incoming raw material and all final products. The products are periodically tested for its performance from government test houses. The R & D Team is very responsive to improve the quality of products based on customer feedback.
