To share his electro – mechanical project experience gained from various prestigious national and international industrial projects.During this period Mr. Das worked with India’s most leading Houses/ Consultants like Engineers India Ltd.(EIL), Mecon Ltd., Chemtex Ltd, NIDC, DCPL etc and foreign Houses like FIVES – COIL-BABCOCK (FCB) France, Gautchi ( West Germany), OTT( France), Continuous Properji (USA), ECL France, Sitram SA ( France) Loma Machines( France) etc. Hundreds of young Engineers established with the guidance of Mr. Das since last 38 years and the company MASSTECH SWITCHGEARS PVT. LTD. still getting his physical support in product research, design, manufacturing and quality control.

The company, mostly doing design and manufacturing of low tension control panel boards of all type, such as Fully Module draw out PCC, MCC ( Fully integrated without any job out source), non draw out panels, Outdoor Feeder Pillars, Junction Boxes, Canopies ( Steel & FRP moulded), bus duct, Rising Mains with plug in tap off boxes, End feed Boxes, Control consoles etc. The Company also design & manufacture panel accessaries, custom Built electronic control panels with Micro Controlled Modules.
