Manikath Narendran is a Chemical Engineer from Calicut University with over 25 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of water and waste water treatment systems. Other than domestic sewage treatment, he has wide-ranging experience in industrial effluent treatment like textile, rubber, dairy, brewery and paper. He had worked extensively in implementing treatment systems using Physio-chemical Process (chemical precipitation) as primary treatment for domestic sewage, textile effluent, rubber effluent and paper mill effluent. He has a wide-ranging experience with the aerobic biological process for waste water treatment like ASP, SBR and MBBR. He has also been actively involved in the design, built and supply of package UF/RO Plants.

Manikath has been working in the Middle East for over 9 years, designing and executing water and waste water treatment systems throughout the region. He has also successfully carried out business development in India and Middle East. He has played a key role in promoting the Anox Kaldnes patented MBBR Process in the region and has to date designed and implemented more than 200 projects of various capacities using the process in the region.
