Initially the Unit was a proprietorship firm named as 'Calcutta Electro Engineering Works' established in the year 1989 for repairing and servicing of various electrical devices viz Pump Sets, Motors etc where Mr. Tarun Kumar Adak was the sole proprietor. Due to sole efforts of Mr. Adak the overall performance of the unit increased many folds year to year and in the year 2008 the unit was converted to Private Limited Company and named as " Adak Electrical Private Limited" with Mr. Tarum Kumar Adak, Mr. Tanmoy Adak and Mr. Tushar Adak as Director.

We are in the field of repairing / rewinding / revamping / of all types of electrical / mechanical industrial machines e.g. HT & LT Motors, Alternators, DC Motors, Pump sets etc. for a prolonged period of time. In addition, we are also manufacturing and supplying of various types of coils and other parts for the subject equipments.

We are having S.S.I. and NSIC Reg no. 19-018-21-02572, Part-II & NSIC/KOL/GP/RS/REGN/WB/A-701/09 respectively and also are ISO : 9001-2008 certifired Company. We are covered under WB VAT and CST Reg.

We are the authorized service/repair centre for the leading manufacturing companies in the country, e.g. SIEMENS, ABB, KIRLOSKAR, MARATHON ELECTRIC (earliest GEC), NGEF, KSB Pumps etc. and going to be associated with few others like, BHEL, BBL, JYOTI in near future. Apart from that we have established contacts as a rotating machine repairer with M/s. The KMC, HMC, KMDA, DVC, Jindal Group, SAIL-DSP, Tata Group Co's, NALCO, BALCO, CESC, Braithwaite, HPCL, etc and there is no adverse report regarding the performance of our repaired machines wharsoever.

In our present unit, we are having over head crane, baking chambers, hydraulic press, Lathe machines, TIG welding m/c, air compressor, air blower, coil & loop forming machines, modern moulding press etc and other necessary equipments. We are also equipped with all types of testing instruments that are required for checking & testing of machines, AC & DC high voltage testing set, motor checker, Tacho meter, clamp meter, vibration meter, Surge machines etc and other modern testing gadgets.

We have a team of highly experienced Engineers, Manager, Shop-floor supervisors, Technicians having their wide knowledge and experience in M/s. Biecco Lawrie Ltd. KEC Ltd. NGEF LTD. GEC Ltd etc. Our organization structure is also enclosed herewith.
