LOCATION: - Unit has been established at Moulivakkam near Porur –  Chennai.

Work Shop Facilities:

The unit has maximum turning/boring/milling capacity of 1.5 mtr size jobs, Drilling capacity up to Dia 62mm and Material handling capacity of 5 tons.

Adequate skilled labors and technical supervisory staffs including Computer Aided Design (CAD) / Modeling / Computed aided part programming, Manufacturing, assistants are available to meet requirements ensure quality & timeliness.

We have also taken up several Measurement, leveling, part to model comparison jobs, modification of Equipment & servicing jobs for L&T , to meet the demanding applications. We also provide Scan Models, 3D models, & spares for imported valves, Equipments, nozzles, Swirler; pump casings, Gear casings, fixtures, etc…

Recently we have inducted Latest High Tech Gadget, A FARO ARM (9feet) with High intensity LASER SCANNER which can scan any complex profiles, which is of NON CONTACT type, the output can directly be taken to a computer and can be used for remodeling, Measurement, and model to part comparison etc..

1. We also have introduce very high end software’s such as Design X, Qualify, Inspection pro, PRO-E , Master cam 9 for seamless integration of engineering process for NPD, Reverse Engineering & Inspection purposes .Measurement Outputs are traceable to International standards.
