MS & SS Screws:

All Types of Machine Screws in regular standards and as per Customer drawings, all types of Self Tapping Screws, Bottom Cut Screws (BT Type) etc.

• STANDARDS:  IS, DIN, JIS, BS, ANSI, ASTM,UNF,UNC.
• Metals Type: Non-Ferrous, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel Screws.
• Size: M2 to M6, 1/8 to 1/4, #2 to #14 Length: 3mm to 75mm
• Various Head Types: Pan Head, Socket Button Head, Torx Head, Phillips/Recess Heads, Slotted Cheese Heads, Flange Heads, Hex Flange Heads, Hex Heads, Raised Heads, CSK Heads, Round Heads, Combination Heads, Pozi Heads, Allen Heads, Screws with assembled washers (Sems Screws) etc.

Solid Rivets & Semi Tubular Rivets:

• Metals: MS, SS, Aluminium, Copper and others as per requirement.
• Size: Shank Diameter 1.50 - 8.00mm dia  & Length: 5mm to 150 mm.

SS & MS Pins:

Straight Pins(Headless) in 90 Degree Cut: 1.50-6mm dia in MS & SS with radius from R0.1 - R0.5

MS & SS Hex Bolts:

• Size: DIA - M6 to M20 Length - 10mm to 150mm (3/8" to 6")
• Grade: 4.6, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 grades (Hi Tensile)
• Finish: Zinc, Black, HDG, Dacromet and as per customer requirement.

Our Quality Department

We have a qualified and dedicated Quality Assurance Department divided into 3 sub-divisions -

1. Incoming Inspection for Raw Material, Dies & tools, Plating Materials etc.

2. In-Process Inspection and

3. Final Inspection

Apart, We have a separate Pre-dispatch Inspection team which checks each and every part before forwarding for packing and dispatch to ensure zero-defect supply always.

We maintain all the relevant reports & records related to quality standards as per ISO and as per customer requirements which helps us in maintaining HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS and do periodical analysis of these reports to improve our Standards and Efficiencies.
