Biotronics later converted into a private limited firm in the name ORB Biotronics Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2002. The company is headquartered in Kolkata and has a wide spread network in neighbouring states of Orissa, Jharkhand & Bihar. It has its international network in Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan.
