PROCESS

Sales Process:

The sales process is important to captured the enquiry and convert into the satisfied sales and successfully transfer to the service department.

There are many steps follows in the full sales process which start from training of the sales executive about to the products (by internal trainer) etc. The deficiency in the proper sales process by the sales team including Sales Manager will result loss of sales as well as dis-satisfaction of the customers in many ways which directly affects the services. Now days dis-satisfaction leads many loses affecting in long term business opportunities of the organisation.         

Service Process:

The service process is a very important then sales as this is a not only recurring income but also this will affect the future sales prospects and service income of the organisation.                                                                                                       

There is new technology being introduced in the service process with the help of new IT software etc. to provide service in advance way and giving the customer importance for the quality and at home service at the same time. The customer self-esteem feeling, with best quality is more important than simply doing the service of their vehicles.
