PED (Production Engineering Department) 

Make the garment operation lay plan with S.M.V. make the time sheet and the average of per piece. Allocate the machine attachment.

Cost analysis of the garment and check out the efficiency perhour. Adhere to all garment manufacturing and finishing guidelines. We make 50 pieces for the pilot run after which it will start the production for the best results.

Cutting Department

The personnel at first check the pattern and check out theway of the marker on the layer of the cutting.

After cutting, thefabric is inspected completely by QA and the it is issued to theproduction department.

Q.A.Department

We follow the AQL 4 System to audit the by a QA auditor

The Production Line

It is equipped with the   latest machinery operated by skilled staff. The entire unit is equipped with sampling, cutting, Sewing units with imported machines and checking and finishing sections. Complete production for woven &Knitted garments is undertaken in-house on imported machines i.e. Juki, Pegasus, Kansai institching department.

   Finishing floor has the facility for steam pressing &otherequipment including spot removing machines.Apart from this, the company has a well stocked fabricand accessories store and administrative office.

Infrastructure and capacity:

CAPACITY:WOVENS=25000 PCS /MONTH

    KNITS = 25000 PCS / MONTH

Area: 10,000 sq ft.

Machines: total sewing machine( Juki) = 100  machines 

Cutting: Spreading and cutting capacity for 1000 pcsper day

Finishing: capacity of finishing and folding is 1000 pcsper day
