"PARAM PRECISION" AN ISO 9001:2015 COMPANY was founded on July 2007 with mission of providing high quality cutting, machining & casting services using CNC VMC, Plasma, Water Jet ( KMT Germany ), Engraving machines & Induction furnace. Since inception we are well known for our commitment, professionalism and customer oriented high quality on time services.
Workshop Capabilities :-
We have workshop with working area of 12500 SQ. FT with 10 MT EOT Crane located at Plot No. 985, Road No. 58, GIDC Sachin, Surat-394230. We have following machining/ cutting capabilities :
? CNC WaterJet Machine ( KMT Germany ) : we have 4 machines ,This machine can cut any material up to 200 mm thk and m/c table size-3000x8000.
? CNC Laser Machine ( Amada-japan ) : we have 2machines,This machine can cut any material up to 20 mm thickness and table size-1500x3000mm.
? VMC Machine ( Sigma Italy ) : This machine has travel capacity of 1050 mm on X axis, 550 Mm on Y axis and 600 mm on Z axis.
? VMC Machine ( Ace Micromatics India ) : We have 2 machines This machine has travel
Capacity of 850 mm on X axis, 450 mm on Y axis and 400 mm on Z axis.
? CNC Oxyfuel Machine ( Messer USA ) : This machine has table size of 3000 mm X 8000 mm and can cut MS material.
? CNC Plasma Machine ( Hypertherm USA ) : This machine can cut SS material up to 16mm and MS material up to 20 mm and table size-3000x8000mm.
? CNC Stone Engraving Machine : we have 2 machines, This machine can engraving /cutting marble, Korean, acrylic, mdf, pp plate, ptfe plate, cement sheet etc. materials in 2D/3D. m/c working table size is 1500 mm X 3000 mm.
? Drill Machines : We have 3 regular drill and 4 magnetic drill machines.
? CNC Drill Machines : X - 1200 mm and Y - 2500 mm x 600mm height.
? SERVO Tapping Machine : 3 Nos

? Moulding Machine ( Allide CJS-3 ) : This is hydraulically operated double jolt squeeze
moulding machine.
? Online Carbon-Sillicon Analyzer ( Suyas ) : This machine is used to analyze chemical
composition and to measure temperature.
? Brinale Hardness Tester Mc ( Saroj )
? Our Foundry Can Handle Following Material Grades :
? SG Iron Grades: 400/15, 400/12, 450/10, 500/7, 550/6, 600/3, 700/2, 800/2
? Cast Iron Grades: 150, 200, 250, 300, 350
? We Also Manufacturing Aluminium Gravity Die Casting / Pressure die casting Grade LM-6, LM-20 Etc
