GENESIS
Group Atul, Started its business operations in 1976 in the name of ATUL COAL TRADERS under the
guidance of Mr. Jaswant Rai Gupta. We facilitated consumers by buying coal from Government of
India (Ministry of Coal) & supply them to industrial consumers, as & when they needed. To keep
business integrated & streamline operations we opened our offices across all important locations in
INDIA to source & market the product. Scale & type of consumers changed over a period of time &
after gaining significant hold on the market, Company moved in the booming Fine Knit Fabrics
Industry to set up a manufacturing plant for Circular knitted fabrics in Year 1996 as ATUL FABRICS.

From Year 1996 to Year 2001, ATUL FABRICS saw an immense growth in fabric business & Production
touched a level of 300 MT per month. Our foresight into the ever changing & highly competitive global
market led to vertical integration & an important decision was made to venture into high fashion
apparel industry in year 2002 & the company ATUL GLOBAL PVT LTD was established with Mr. J R
Gupta as MD & chairperson of the company. Since then Company has worked towards making high
quality products & gained a significant position as a High fashion Fabric & Garment manufacturer.
Today, we are catering to some of the Top most National Apparel brands & Retail chains.

Rising pollution has given rise to the idea of pollution free way of transportation. Electric Vehicle is the
way forward for world & sighting the potential of this upcoming industry, Company decided to move
into EV tricycle segment under the name of KalpVriksh Electromobiles Co. (KEMC). KEMC has set up a
state of the art plant for manufacturing of E-Rickshaw & E-Loaders. KEMC plans to open showrooms
through its marketing arm “Kamdhenu Automobiles” as well as on Franchise/Delaership Model across
the length & breadth of INDIA. In addition to this, Company also plans to export EVs to neighbouring
countries.

COAL
We started our coal venture in Year 1976. Starting business with a very small warehouse & office in
Ludhiana city of Punjab, Today, we have our own offices & warehouses in Varanasi (UP), Mandi Gobind
garh (Punjab) & Ludhiana (Punjab) to source & supply coal to regional industrial coal consumers. We
not only deal & supply a variety of coals & Petcoke but we also provide technical guidance to
consumers on the type of coal suitable for their industry & the burning instructions for the same.
Our clients include Glaxo Smithkline Consumer healthcare Ltd, Nestle India Ltd, JCT Limited, AB Grains
& distilleries Limited, Upper India Steel manufacturing & engineering Co Ltd,Avon Steel Industry Ltd

FABRICS
The company entered the knitted fabrics business in Year 1996 & since then we have worked harder to
make high quality knitted fabrics. Today we specialize in a variety of fabrics. We specialize in fabrics
using Cotton, PIMA Cotton, Organic Cotton, Modal, Modal Melanges, PC, Lycra based fabrics &
Polyester based fabrics.
Single Jerseys, Pique, Interlock knits, Single jersey, double jersey & Fleece based Auto stripes,
Jacquards, Terry, Fleece, Otto knits are some of the fabrics among our product list. We are
recommended fabric suppliers by some of the leading national Apparel brands & Retail chains.
In addition to this, we specialize in Vegetable dyed/printed fabrics made of Organic or normal cotton,
which is unique combination of age old methods of printing/dyeing using vegetable/non-toxic dyes
with today's technology oriented knitting techniques, specially developed to suit the today's
environmentally aware consumer & client base.

APPARELS
Company ventured into apparel business in Year 2002 with the clear objective of catering to the high
fashion apparel segment. Apparel division started off its operations with apparel orders from Lee
Cooper (India) & a leading domestic jeans’ wear brand Numero Uno. Year after year the orders
increased which led to expansion in terms of machinery & infrastructure. Today Atul Global Pvt Ltd is
positioned as one of the leading high fashion apparel manufacturers for national Apparel brands &
Retail chains.

PETER ENGLAND, VAN HEUSEN (VH), VDOT, ALLEN SOLLY, NECK & NECK (SPAIN), SPYKAR Jeans,
Numero Uno are some of our valued clients. In addition to this we are catering to the needs of nonapparel

ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EVs)
EV is our latest endeavour & Company has set up its manufacturing facility on Budhewal Road with
state of the art machinery. With monthly production capacity of 600 units, Company plans to expand
its sale network across india & also focus of exports to neighbouring countries. KEMC is coming up
with its own retail network through its marketing arm “KAMDHENU AUTOMOBILES” & also open
stores on franchise/dealership model across INDIA.
