We have special type machines like Floor Boring, Horizontal Boring Machines, Vertical Turret Lathe, Vertical Milling Center, CNC Universal Milling Machine (6axis) and Fabrication Facilities to commit with Precision Components with strict quality control systems by well experienced tradesmen.
We are well experienced and floating in the field since 1971 and handling components such as largesize Coal Nozzles, Cast Steel Bends in various diameters, Forged Elbows, "Tee" Pieces varying from Ø219.1 to Ø609, Bearing Housing Assembly, Wind Mill Nozzle, Hub & extender Oil Field Equipment, Gate Valve, Butterfly Valve, Non-return Valve and primemeter body. We can handle the components upto Ø2 meters and weighing about 10 tons with Crane facilities and maintaining close tolerance upto 0.02mm accuracy.
In addition to the above mentioned credits we are an approved unit for doing fabrication of pressure parts and non-pressure parts with machining and it has been approved by IBR&M/SNTPC.
In pressure parts we have done a lot of Headers, Modular Headers, Pipes with Elbows, Tees with attachments, Heat Exchangers and Strainer Assembly. In non-Pressure Parts we have done a lot of Raw Coal Gate Assembly, Isolation Gate Assembly, Needle Gate Assembly, Coal Valve Assembly and Coal Compartment Assembly With SS Nozzle Tips. In Addition, we have done Constant Load Hangers(clh), Hangers, Hanger Support and Fuel Pipes.
