Refrigeration services , manufacturing ,supply and consultancy to a wide spectrum of industrial segments:

A) Basic Engineering:

•  Energy Balance and Mass Balance based on process parameters,

•  Development of P & I D for Process and Utility,

•  Sizing of equipment viz. Process Reactors, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Heat exchangers etc.

B) Detailed Engineering:

•  3D Modelling of the plant,

•  Preparing Isometric drawings of piping,

•  Design of supports and preparation of support drawings,

•  Bill of Material,

•  Data Sheet for equipment and components with detailed Specification,

•  Fabrication drawings of process reactors, storage tanks, Tubular Heat exchanger,Distillation columns etc.

D) Drawing Automation:

•  Customised solutions for Drawing Automation for fabrication drawings of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers based on Mechanical Designs,

E) Site Management:

•  Deputation of Site Manager for overall supervision of project execution activities at project site,
•  Deputation of Site Engineer / Supervisor to supervise mechanical equipment erection activity at project site,
•  Deputation of Electrical/Instrument Engineer/Technician to supervise Electrical and Instrumentation activities at project site,
•  Installation of equipment for a project as per equipment layout drawings,
•  Fabrication of process and utility piping as per P & I D and Piping drawings,
•  Power and Signal cable laying with cable trays as per Cable schedule and cable tray layout,

F) Engineering Centre Management:

•  Prepare Job Description for various positions in consultation with end user,
•  Short list the candidates,
•  Arrange preliminary interview,
•  Arrange final interview with end user,
•  Depute required personnel at end user’s premises or develop separate premises as engineering centre,
•  Manage day to day routines at engineering centre,
•  Ensure targeted outputs are submitted to end user,

G) Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Operations:

•  Undertake AMC for rotating machines viz. pumps, conveyors etc.
•  Undertake AMC for HVAC, Cold Room,
•  Explore the possibility to optimise operating costs by studying existing utility systems,
•  Operations of Waste Water Plant, Refrigeration plants, boiler system etc.

H) Project Documentation / As Built Drawings:

•  Preparation of Project Documentation viz. Operation and Maintenance Manuals,
•  Depute draughtsman for working out As Built drawings of the plant, prepare the same and submit to end user,

I) Energy Audits:

•  In-depth study of the existing process, plant and machinery to explore possibility of optimising on energy costs.
•  Work out appropriate solutions for cost savings and support in implementation of the same.
