GEARCON LUBRICANTS is the first lube oil blending plant in Chhattisgarh with a total capacity of 24000 litres/day. The plant has four major sections viz Base oil storage farm, blending section, filling section and testing laboratory. We have various blending kettles ranging from 1KL to 5 KL for different products, equipped with sophisticated arrangements to ensure perfect blending.

Each lubricant has its own process of preparation and specifications. Just because a machine will run on a particular product doesn’t mean that product is optimal for the application. Using inappropriate lubricants don’t lead to sudden failure, but rather they shorten the average life of lubricated components and thus, go unnoticed.
