PRODUCTS

Simulation: 

We have expertise in Design and Manufacture of Cockpit Structures, Cockpit Stands, Illuminating Bezels, Instrument Panels, Console Panels and Racks. We undertake Sourcing and integration of Switches, Indicators, Computers, Network Switches, KVM Hardware and IO systems, Motion Platforms, Projectors, Displays, Power Supplies, Control Loading Systems, Pneumatic Systems (Compressors, Piping and Maintenance) and Motion Platforms.

Wire Harness: 

We manufacture a wide range of Wire Harnesses for Military and Aviation. We undertake Manufacture, Wire Marking, in-situ Installation, sourcing, designing and manufacturing for Automotive, Aircraft, Simulator, UAV, Missile or Rocket in accordance with IPC/WHMA-620 standards.

Aero structures: 

We do Design, reverse engineer and manufacture Control Column Assemblies, Rudder Pedal Assemblies, Structures, Flanges, Joints, Pipes, Hinges, Struts etc.

 Ground Support Equipment: 

We undertake customized Design and manufacture Maintenance Platforms, Scaffoldings, Tow Bars, Crane Trolleys, Multipurpose Servicing Platforms, Engine Transportable Trolleys.

MRO Facility Optimization:

We under take customized design, installation and optimization(Fresh air system, Exhaust system and Paint booths) of aircraft servicing hangars, painting hangars and paint booths.  

Drones & UAVs: 

We manufacture UAVs for specific Industrial needs such as Agriculture, Construction, Surveillance, Urban Planning, Aerial Mapping.

 COVID-CARE EQUIPMENT:

Our Ultraclean UV line of products are built to achieve 99.99% sterilization and have a robust mechanism of operation. UV-C radiation used is of 254nm wavelength and is effective in reaching all the corners and crevices of the enclosure in which the equipment is placed. Ultraclean UV-C products fall into two categories i.e. Enclosure Disinfection and Footwear Disinfection which are built with state of the art systems which can disinfect the subject environment within 15 minutes of exposure to the UV-C radiation.

SERVICES

 Non-Destructive Testing Solutions (NDT): 

 We supply NDT Machines for Magnetic Particle Testing, Fluorescent Testing. We supply NDT material such as Fluorescent, Colored and Colored + Fluorescent Penetrants, Dry Powder and UV Crack Indication LED Lamps to Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Oil Exploration and Automotive sectors for Penetrant Testing (according to EN ISO 3452-2 and ASME Code V, Art. 6T-641 standards) and Magnetic Particle Testing (according to EN ISO 9934, ASTM E709 and ASTM E1444/1444M Standards).

Engineering Design: 

We do Conceptual Design, Reverse Engineering, Data Conversion & Migration, CFD Analysis and Stress Analysis.
