• Standard Plastics is equipped with a Unique ERP System covering & interlinking all the processes, making it a Paperless Company.
• Our ERP system is designed and implemented in line with IATF16949:2016 requirements.
• Entire Operations of the Organisation are monitored, controlled and analyzed  through ERP.
• Shop Floor Supervisors are equipped with Tabs for monitoring and recording day to day activities.

Our Developments

We have successfully redesigned Water Manifolds (For 2/3/4/6 Cylinder Deisel Engines) & converted it from Steel to Plastics using Engineering Polymers. On Similar Lines we have developed Inspection Covers, Support For Push Rod Tubes, Thermostat Housing, Fuel Filter Assembly, Oil Separators for various diesel engines.

Our Capabilities

Standard Plastics is capable of manufacturing High Precision Plastic Parts (0.03 mm accuracy as Molded)for various automotive industries & critical transparent parts for Annunciator Assemblies

Standard Plastics has a independent Standard Room for Inspection & Testing with dedicated professionals for quality. The entire team is committed to deliver quality products as per the customer specific requirements. Our team is well expertise in Quality tools & apply Statistical Methods for continual improvements in Quality.

Engineering Polymers Used

We are using various engineering polymers like PC, PCABS, ABS, Unfilled & Glass Filled PA 6/66, PET, PBT, MINLON, POM, SAN, HIPS, etc & various Special Grade, Super Tough Polymers for related applications like ST801 & HTN (DuPont).
