Pawan Kumar Kajaria, son of Late Shri Bhagwati Prasad Kajaria, joined hands in the year 1980 and diversified the business in to manufacturing of Aluminium products & formed a company by the name of Eastern Steel Corporation in 1985. The group later diversified into imports of various polymers, chemical & waxes in the year 1992.
