MR LAXMIKANT C DHAGE IS THE FOUNDING FATHER OF J ROSS AND CO WHO BOUGHT THE COMPANY FROM  MR.J ROSSERIO IN 1945. HIS SON ASHADEEP L DHAGE, CARRIED ON THE BUSINESS OF SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS AND SOON STARTED THE ORTHOPAEDIC APPLIANCES MANUFACTURING . EXCELLING IN DOMESTIC MARKETS AND STARTED EXPORTING IN 1997 TO MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES.

NOW THIRD GENERATION IS RUNNING THE FAMILY BUSINESS WITH EQUAL ELAN .MRS TEJAL DALAL DAUGHTER OF MR ASHADEEP DHAGE , SHILPA DHAGE WIFE OF ASHADEEP DHAGE AND MR DIVYESH DALAL ARE CURRENT PARTNERS OF J ROSS AND COMPANY

The dawning of the 21st Century challenges J. ROSS to design and to manufacture better Orthopaedic Appliances. Our Company is enjoying quality leadership in the Indian Market since 1934.

It is our mission to fight against deformity, non-alignment, disorders and lesions of the human body, and bring happiness, health and hope to live as normal natural human beings, via the aid of fundamentals of Biomechanics which follow, the Nature's Laws together with a scientific background.

We have consultation meetings with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Neuro-Surgeons, Plastic Technologists, Plastic Academy Experts for their opinion and expertise knowledge regarding their own field, which we combine and bring it into an actual product as Orthosis.

Our R & D Plastic Division is successful at working with a team of qualified Prosthetic and Orthotic Engineer, Orthofists and other associates since last 45 years,

J. ROSS has been since 1934 for services and satisfaction of their Distributors, customers, employees and patients.

To uphold J. ROSS, we will continue to research, improve and expand, We have already stepped into the International Market and aim for WorldWide expansion with our highest quality JRCO products.
