Carmel Organics (P) Limited is a privately held company established for the betterment and promotion of organic agriculture. It is involving in the contract production, processing and trading of organic products. The company is certified by  Biocert India for organic production, processing and trading of certified organic products.

We focus on marginal farmers who use organic farming practices. The company makes agreements with farmers for organic production and forms groups of farmers whom can be more economically certified as a group than as individual farmers.

We have in-house employees to perform inspections and run training programs. We focus on products which are specifically well suited to a particular geographical area. This land planning means higher quality product and more economic production.  We distribute through both national and international markets.

We buy certified organic produce directly from registered farmers then sell the produce the manufacturers, traders or the exporter.

Carmel Organics has around 1000 registered farmers who are involving in certified organic farming practices, with an average experience level of 5 years. The total certified land area looked after by our company is around 2500 ha.

Carmel Organics has been involved in the trading of organic products, involving both cultivation and wild harvest.
